We're confident you'll love your AUURAH fragrance. But if you don't, we'll make it right.

How It Works

1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@auurah.co.uk
2. We'll send you a returns label (free for UK orders)
3. Send it back - even if the bottle has been used
4. Get your refund within 5 working days of us receiving the return

What Can Be Returned?

• ✅ Full-size bottles (even if partially used)
• ✅ Discovery sets (if unused)
• ✅ Bundles (individual items can be returned)
• ❌ Gift cards (non-refundable)

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Bottles do not need to be full - we accept partially used returns
• Original packaging should be included where possible
• UK returns are free (we provide the label)
• International return shipping is paid by the customer

Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving your return
• Funds will appear in your original payment method within 3-5 working days
• You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Exchanges

Want to try a different fragrance instead? We recommend:

1. Returning your original fragrance for a full refund
2. Placing a new order for the fragrance you'd like

This is faster than waiting for an exchange to be processed.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your fragrance arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll send a replacement immediately - no need to return the damaged item.
