Order Tracking
All orders receive a tracking number via email once dispatched. You can track your order at any time via the link in your shipping confirmation email.
Dispatch Times
- Orders placed before 1pm GMT are dispatched the same working day
- Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends are dispatched the next working day
- During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas), dispatch may take up to 48 hours

We deliver to UK P.O. Boxes and BFPO addresses via Standard shipping only.
Lost or Delayed Packages

Due to international shipping regulations for flammable goods (perfume contains alcohol), some international destinations may have restrictions. If we cannot ship to your location, we will contact you and refund your order in full.
