These terms govern your use of auurah.co.uk and any purchase you make from ALTERNATIVE AUURAH. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

ALTERNATIVE AUURAH sells luxury eau de parfum fragrances, discovery sets, and related products, operating from Long Spring, St Albans, AL3 6EN, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@auurah.co.uk.

2. Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed through our store are offers to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch or order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, an error appears in pricing, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.
Product images and scent descriptions are for guidance. Natural variations in fragrance perception are normal and not a fault.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown before you complete checkout.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of order.
If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you to confirm your order at the correct price or refund you in full.

4. Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Returns and Cancellation

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of fragrances that remain sealed and unused. Discovery sets with opened vials cannot be returned unless faulty.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Discovery Set Credit

Where a discovery set includes a credit toward a full-size fragrance, the credit is issued by email after purchase, is valid for 12 months, applies to a single full-size 100ml bottle, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other discount codes unless stated.

7. Age Restriction

Fragrance products are intended for adults. Purchases must be made by persons aged 18 or over.

8. Safety and Product Use

Fragrances contain alcohol and are flammable. Keep away from heat and open flame.
Always check the ingredient list before use if you have allergies or sensitive skin.
Products are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on auurah.co.uk, including the AUURAH name, logo, product names, descriptions, and imagery, is our property or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written consent.

AUURAH fragrances are original creations inspired by well-known scent profiles. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any brands referenced for inspiration purposes.

10. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and do not expire. Balances are applied at checkout toward any products in our store.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the value of that order.
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as courier disruption or customs delays.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
